Re: USNO A2.0 "R"



I found a conversion for Tycho as follows:

Rc = V - 0.5 * (B-V)

I'm going to use this until/unless I find something better. My 
goal is to be able to plot TASS V, TASS Ic and Koppelman Rc 
together in a manner that has some meaning.
