Declination Drive Parts Arrive

As the subject says, the parts to modify the declination drive arrived last 
night.  They look OK.  Dan and I will install the mod in TOM1 tomorrow.

I had turned off TOM1 last night in anticipation of the drive installation, 
but ran TOM2 and TOM3 looking near the equator.  They produced 1068 
images.  Just an indication as to what data reduction life will be like 
once I get everything running smoothly.   This data nearly filled 14 CDs.
