Yes, I think that would be the best solution.

Maybe you just need to select a larger region :-)

I forgot to mention this earlier, but I added a plot of the RA/DEC of 
the objects on the Status page. Don't know if this would be helpful.
If it is, I can mention it on the Objects page.
