Objects in online database

As those of you who have accessed the objects list feature of the online 
database may or may not have noticed, there are/were some problems.

1. There was a problem when making multiple queries with different 
RA/Dec combinations. Some of the parameters weren't being reset between 
  requests. This should be fixed now.

2.I had a couple of errors in my script that messed up the avg/min/max 
calculations. I'm redoing these calculations right now and will replace 
the old data when it's done. Until then, I'll leave the old data out 
there. Just keep in mind that the avg/min/max numbers are probably 
wrong. This doesn't affect the actual observation data that is being 
downloaded.

3. I used a radius of .001 degree when matching objects. This seems to 
have missed some matches. I'm redoing the calculations using the same 5 
arcsec that Tom used in collect_stars.pl.

If anyone has any problems/suggestions/bug reports/etc., let me know.
