Flocked Paper

I just ordered a roll of flocked paper.  The plan is to take the TOM1 
lenses apart and line the barrels and anyplace else that I can get at with 
the flocked paper.  I will also blacken the lens edges which was not done 
at the factory.

Then I will take some more array data and see if there is any change in 
variation of mag with position.

I am pretty close to declaring the development done.  Then I will go into 
"production" and damn the torpedoes.  The quality will be what it will be.
