Focus Stiffener a Success

The focus stiffener has proven to be a success.  Today I will check to see 
that the plane of the camera is flat.  I was able to put TOM1 into the barn 
and out again yesterday and still have it in focus.  This is a big 
improvement over previous operation.

Next is to put the flocked paper in a pair of lenses and compare the result 
to the present lenses.  Then I will be done and it will be full speed ahead 
to take production data.  Meanwhile, the RA drive has become a little 
flaky.  Looks like I need to take it apart and rebuild it.   A project for 
Dan today.

It is about time to send out upgrade kits.  Those of you that want to 
upgrade their systems should get in touch.
