Michael,

Isn't this something that I can do?  Run the pipeline up to the photom 
stage using big_refcat.dat as tyc2_photom.dat  Now switch the data in 
tyc2_photom.dat to a different catalog.  Then run do_photom.  Would this 
not work?  If so, I can just do it.
