Michael,
  The Bt-Vt color range is far too wide, especially for
the I-band transformation.  Please go back to my original
postings of those transformations and use my recommended limits
for the colors.
  There are usually reasons why I specify the range in which
transformations are valid.  When I go back and redo the Tycho
transformation, the table method will widen the accepted range
a bit, and improve the Ic transformation, but you will still
have outliers when transforming over such a wide color
difference.
