DS24 analysis

I have put up the latest version of my
analysis of Data Set 24 on
http://www3.ns.sympatico.ca/andrew.bennett/tass/mkivphot/mkivphot.html

It no longer calls itself "preliminary" but that
doesn't mean it is final!

I think I am getting a reasonable handle on
the errors. I arrive at a final corrected
standard deviation of 0.0120 mags in V and 0.0087
mags in I  for bright sources (mag about 10) and 
can account for a considerable fraction
of that.
