Patrick Wils just asked me for some star measurements.  I was able to 
provide them, but by a method that might make the rest of you vomit.  I 
just brought the star list (600000 lines) up in an editor and paged through 
it by eye to match the RA and Dec. that Patrick provided.  This crashed my 
machine twice until I found the right editor to use.  I then wrote down the 
star number and gawked out the data from the collected file.  Someone good 
at this sort of thing might write a tool that would ask for an RA, and Dec 
and then find stars in a collected file that match the location.
