Back to the Drawing Board

I mounted the Mark II Clear and Dark Sky Detector on TOM1 and ran it when a 
patch of clear sky came by.  It was awful.  Just noise.  Sigh!  I probably 
tried to focus it too tightly and all that was left was the noise.  But I 
made a number of other changes and perhaps one of them has bit me.  So I 
will rework the design and try again.

Meanwhile I have put the Mark I back on TOM1.  It is now too valuable a 
help not to be used.
