Hanging Chad

No, I am not in Florida.  This is the first good night since I did all the 
lens work.

4 out of 6 would get me a job on any major league baseball team, but it 
only gets 1/3 of the possible data here.

It appears that the V camera of TOM1 has a tilted lens.  The stars are 
little comets and when I rotate the lens they rotate.  So one more time I 
take that lens apart and fuss with it.

TOM3 has an I lens with "hanging chad".  It appears that a piece of the 
flocked paper has dropped down, so that has to come out.

But many things are working.  My goal was to have all three systems running 
taking data in June.  I think I will make it.
