If the period is indeed around 0.6d then this is most likely an A-type
W UMa system. (That's also consistent with the spectral type.) If so,
then the (total) eclipse you've gotten is the secondary eclipse and the
other should be a little bit deeper. Not sure what's going on at the
eclipse bottom. It kind of reminds me of the Epsilon Aurigae primary
eclipse but the mechanism can't be the same. Let's see if it repeats
over multiple eclipses.
