I still think the way to flag stars is to create specialized lists
and cross reference the main TASS catalog to these lists.
However in addition the comments engine is good. We have this
email list but the archive is jumbled up and hard to read.
If it were edited, anotated with coments and simply looked nicer
people could read it. a "WikiWikiWeb" might work.
A "Wiki" is a web site that the sites rader build. People can
add text to the pages or add pages, fix other people's "mistakes".
