Hey Folks,

For those of you who are daring, I've uploaded my dB stuff to
http://www.logicalchaos.org/tass/upload.tgz.  There is no link on the
web page, so don't look there.

I've attached the MANIFEST file to this e-mail, which has a short
description for each of the included files.  This is
developement(pre Alpha) work, so don't try to run it unless you are
ready to read the perl/sql scripts first (and there isn't much
documentation).  And it probably won't work without modification on any
data set but mine (yet).  But it'll get there.

The dB provides the functionality I need right now, so I'm going back to
working primarily on getting the reductions working.  I'll probably pick
away at the other triggers (for keeping magnitude in sync with the color
terms, and maybe for Welch index) and the 'new' RA/DEC coordinate type
which will manage all that nasty stuff within the dB.

I'll happily answer questions/critiques, and if I missed a file, let me
know.
