Rain Detector Saves the Day (again)

Saturday night seemed clear (from the weather map) so I turned on TOM2
and TOM3 and ran.  TOM1 is sick and stayed in his house.  (A good
thing).  About 3 AM I awoke, very groggy to a downpour.  Jennifer went
running up to the roof and found that the dome had closed.  It was not
even damp in the dome.  Rah! Rah!

It is tough at this season to judge the weather from the IR satellite
map.  Thunder clouds just grow out of nowhere.  The data turned out to
be just junk.  TOM2 produced no good pairs, TOM3 produced about 8000 out
of a more usual 150,000 to 300,000.  I just threw everything away.
