calibration regions

The two regions I have been in the process of calibrating are
    SDSS calibration region "L": RA 246-250  DEC -2 to +2
    SDSS calibration region "O": RA 324-328  DEC -2 to +2
There are two 20x40arcmin fields that were missed on the
first pass (the 1.3m telescope has its problems), plus some
of the data was taken on nonphotometric nights.  I will be
doing at least one more pass (it takes about 3 nights/pass
due to the long readout of the 2kx4k CCD), but it may take
a while since the monsoon has started.
