John G. asked that I post the curve for this star.  It is attached.  At mag
12, the points should have a one sigma error of order 0.1, so the variation
appears to be significant.  But it is not overwhelming.  The August data
should have a few more points when it gets out.  The WS index was 7.7.  I
increase the noise component in the WS computation which tends to make the
WS index smaller.
