TASS Wiki bugs & downtime

A little later this afternoon (1500 UK time), I'm going to take the wiki
down for about 15mins to apply some bug fixes.

Anyhow if anyone else has noticed any bugs, please let me know so I can
fix them.

Bug 1: Submitted by Patrick Wils

Problem:

The Wiki tends to identify more hyperlinks then there actually are on a
page. Take a look here:

The other-id's MisV0303 and IRAS18551+2136 are marked as hyperlinks, the
first 3 characters are not visible, the first two are included as the node
in the hyperlink.

Cause:

The original Chiki regular expressions contained just a . and not \\. so
it was matching MisV0303 as Mi.V0303 and generating a link. Now it
requires a . before converting into a link.


Bug 2: Submitted by Peter Mount

Problem:

The index page is not sorted, so it's difficult to find a particular
entry. Also the larger the index the slower it is to generate.

Cause:

Chiki simply doesn't sort the directory contents when it creates the
index.

The sorting is simple to fix - done.

The speed problem isn't as it's reading in the entire content first. -
remaining on todo list.
