Some 10/100BaseT hubs will use the word "switch" on the outside
of the box. But what these are really is a 100BaseT hub AND
a 10BaseT hub plus a two port switch that connects the two hubs
and does the bit rate conversion. You want a true N-Port
switch with a total backplane bandwidth of 200N Mbps. These
are not hard to find. Maybe you already have one?

You need to look a over your network at each box. Ideally
you have only one big switch with everythingplugged into it
andnot a hodgepodge of little four port boxes.
