I've made a few modifications to the chart demo.

The stars that match known GCVS/NSV/newvars ids have a pink halo around
them in the image, and are labeled with the id in the mouseover box.
Stars that are potentially variable (those with WS >= ## and number of 
observations >= ##) have a green halo. Hopefully these colors will work.
As John Greaves said about my original color scheme, "we don't see many 
green stars". And probably not too many pink, either. :-)

I have also tried to make the colors of the stars more accurate, thanks
to Michael R. for the link to the color information.

The coordinates are now in sexagesimal.

Still working on the rest of the suggestions.
