TASS Interface Down?

FYI - Apparently the TASS interface http://sallman.tass-survey.org/servlet/markiv/action/StarData is down. I entered 042527.4+163324.0 with a radius of 60 minutes and the top box checked and got back "Sorry, no data found. Please try again". I know there are observations for this field because I have gotten previous output from this location. I will check the interface later.
