I tried various combinations from 1 to 60 minute radius with different boxes checked.  I used the interface at http://sallman.tass-survey.org/servlet/markiv/action/StarData .  The inputted position was 042527.4+163324.0.  I also tried the query from my computer at work and got the same message "Sorry, no data found. Please try again".     Still not sure what the problem is?
