You don't want Binnendijk or Batten? :-)
(Though they are probably available through Dover; older
texts are fun reading since they tend to emphasize large
scale aspects rather than the fine details.)
Kallrath and Milone is a good text and was recommended
by Dirk Terrell; we got a special deal
on the books a couple of years ago; you might check with him
to see how that was arranged (terrell@boulder.swri.edu).
Pretty deep with lots of equations, so be prepared.
There is a book on BinaryMaker around as well that is
a little simpler.
