Hey Tom,

If you remember, I ran into this problem.  We found out the drawing was
incorrect to the electronics, and adjusted the STEP constants at the beginning
of the stamp code once it was determined what was happening.

I've attached a diff of my currently working code to the original, and a full
copy of what I currently have flashed in.

It works for me...
