Attached is the coverage for March 2004.  I think we have filled in that
missing spot from last year.  We took 2.6 million measurement pairs.  A
slow start, but most things are working.

It looks like the pump has expired on TOM1.  I have bought a new one and I
finally broke down and ordered a commercial chiller.  I am tired of fussing
with "cheaper" solutions.  We will connect TOM1 up and should have no more
trouble.  

Since this is not much data, I will wait to send it to the data base until
I have the April data.  Possibly I can respond to someone that really needs
a measurement in the coverage area.
