I was asked by the committee to not post the paper until after
the conference, and just hadn't had time to do so.  I recently
posted the text of the paper and the PowerPoint presentation at:

Note: the PowerPoint presentation is 6MB in size.
The paper contains most of the URLs; the presentation was just
an attempt at showing how to use the databases for two examples.
