RE: Mark IV data off by one day
That's almost beginning to sound like a lurking Y2K error in one of the time
conversion/translation routines-- It handled 2000 correctly, but then forgot
2000-handling after handling 2004! (or doubled, depending on the direction
of the offset)

If I add 1 day to all points after the 29th of February, 2004 that
problem is also gone.
