improved version of "phased light curve generator"

  You may recall that I wrote up a script a few weeks ago
to phased Mark IV data for a particular star; my motivation
was to check for errors in the Mark IV data.  Michael Koppelman 
modified the script to make it more general.  Rah!  I expressed
the wish that someone would turn the script into a CGI version,
so that one could fill in a WWW form and get the data in return.

  My brother Chris was listening.  He modified the Perl code
in a big way and added an HTML form.  I've added a few more touches
and made it available for others to try out.  Look at Show-and-Tell
number 11:
