The present make_list.out files contain every image taken during the night.  I 
only keep the images that produced .clt files.  So the make_list.out files 
containing a lot of files that don't exist in the image archive.  I run from 
dusk to dawn so there are always leading and trailing files in the make_list 
file that are junk.  These are easy to identify by several different cuts.
