  By going to the SIMBAD web site:

       http://simbad.u-strasbg.fr/sim-fid.pl

and typing the name "EF Eri" into the "identifier" box,
I see that this star has coordinates

           RA 03 14 13.03     Dec -22 35 41.4

In other words, it is in the southern sky, far below the
reaches the Mark IV survey.

  A very interesting star, but not that we happen to be able
to see.  Rats.  But maybe we'll see something just as interesting
another time.
