This may be an interesting long term solution.  There was a recent /.
article that suggested that someone had written drivers that make a
gmail mailbox look like a hard drive on your PC.  I think it was a
windows driver but I would expect a Linux driver to not be far behind.
In this situation TASS doesn't have to deal with limited bandwidth
from the source.  One just uploads the data once into a "public" mailbox
and then uses the Google bandwidth (which has to be *rather* large)
to allow multiple people to download the data.  Of course given the
current limited data storage you would have to delete things from the
mailbox on a regular basis -- but it looks like we may have the start
of the "we give you more space" wars so thats going to become a smaller
problem in the future.
