A Second Try

This is a second try.  When I sent the last message, it came back to me
with the .png file changed to a .php.  What is a php and how do I read it?

Looking at the results, I find a slowly varying star at:

21 08 15.6 +15 51 08

This is just the kind of thing I am looking for with this data. The star
has changed just a little over a year.  I think it is clearly changing.
Looks like at least 3 sigma over the noise to me. Vizier does not show it.
 So it is probably a new pretty long term variable.
