Dirk's right.  It watches for removable media and will
automatically mount them.  Yes 10% is to much if averaged
over a long time.  But with only one CPU in the box
software actually can only use either 100% or zero percent
of the CPU.  So the number reported depends on the details of
sampling.  Kind of like variable stars, Should your observing
shedule be so un-lucky to macht a multiple of the stars period
you can get wierd results, aliases and other artifacts.
