I am just working away on my data "smoothing" code.  Somewhere something
is modifying something that I don't think I am modifying.  Sigh!  I may
yet have to learn "object oriented programming" to get away from my 7 deep
nested loops.  But not yet.  I don't need help (yet) just sympathy.  All
the signs are that the process works, but I won't be sure until I get the
same number of lines out of the program that I put in.  Well, that is just
one test.

I don't really need sympathy.  I have been through the process before, I
just have to beaver through and make it right.  Just letting you all know
why I am quiet.

Furthermore, it looks like the next data will be taken in March.  So there
is time to compute.
