It's not disabled, there's just a bug in my code. :-(
I haven't used that in a long time, and I've made some changes to the 
database since I wrote it. Give me a couple of hours and I should have 
it working again.

This page: http://sallman.tass-survey.org/servlet/markiv/template/WSStats.vm
shows the 20 stars with the highest W-S that don't appear to have been 
identified previously (at least they're not in the latest GCVS list, I 
haven't gotten the NSV, VSNET, etc. lists updated in the database yet)
