This is most likely true, Tom. I just remember Arne saying -- make sure 
you fix the easy stuff and luckily time is an easy one. It's not the 1 
or 3 or 5 second errors TASS needs to worry about, for sure, it is the 
1 day errors or the DST errors or the discontinuities of an ad hoc 
approach that could cause problems.

It sounds like TASS is set up such that these won't be a problem.
