Have you guys looked at the HTML code inside the webcam's webpage?

I'm thinking that if it uses activex controls there may be a link
to the actual mprg4 video stream.  You could write a plain old html
page osted on Apache links to the mpeg video stream.  The buzz-word
for this is "deep linking".  In other words by-pass the IE-only
screen and just link to the data.
