Michael's New Pipeline

I have reduced some of last night's data using Michael's new code.  The WS
parameters are now much more useful.  They are also much smaller. 5 is now
a big WS statistic where before it was more like 500.

Attached is a star for which the WS was 9.15.  In the past this would have
been just noise.  I did not find the star in VizieR.  0.05 mag is now one
sigma at mag 12.  The variation of this star appears to be significant.
