Adam,

There is a curve in S&T Note #10 on the web site.  This is for data from
the last two years where the images were taken random in ra but at 4
degree intervals in dec.  Data taken tracking Tiles shows a scatter with
sigma of around 0.5 at mag 12.  Attached v_sigma.png shows the scatter for
some test data.  This data taken with a 200 second exposure with
successive images taken of the same tile over about a two hour tracking.

Suggestions would be appreciated.
