hi Tom,

wonder if you remember the Dark Sky Clock which tries to predict astronomical
conditions rather than the "weather" forcast.

on the west coast it has proven very consistent with actual condition and
the weather forcast is almost useless because of ocean proximity.   on the
other hand it doesn't know about city lights but i wonder if the cloud and
"transparancy" ratings would be accurate at your location.
