Breathing Machine

For those interested in the breathing machine scam, it was just out and
out fraud presented in full view as is all good magic.  The trick was to
hold the device is such a way that the pinkie was stuck down a hole that
controlled the flow rate so that it did not look like anything special was
being done.  This hole was carefully designed to make this almost
impossible so the designers had thought about it and had done a good job. 
But it was "almost" impossible.  For those of you that have seen these
devices, take a good look at them.  They are really great engineering.  I
kept finding things that were done that made them accurate, cheap, and
really useful to do the intended job.

I sure got 3 doctors, 6 or 8 nurses, and an equal number of nurses
assistants.
