Congress

Some of you may have noticed that one of the "features" of the energy
bill is the extension of Daylight Saving time for two months.  

I am wondering, has congress created a new "Y2K" problem?

Rob and others, I notice that my Mandrake display shows the correct time
- i.e it has adjusted for Daylight Saving time and shows correct local
time.  Rob, will everything go OK when we shift back to Standard Time? 
What happens if we shift 2 months later?

Clear sky for the next two nights and I am running.
