Sorry. It looks like I inadvertantly removed those columns when I was making 
some changes. I will put them back.

Yes, Michael R. requested that I change it to that. I didn't have any strong 
feelings that it should be one way or the other, so I changed it. I can 
certainly change it back, or add another page, or?

I am more than willing to make any changes to my database code to make things 
easier for anybody. All you need to do is ask. :-)
