One more thing about the new data.

The 2003 and 2004 program threw away all the data which did not produce
both a v and an i measurement for a star. This resulted  in a lot of red
star data being lost when the v componenet dropped into the noise.  The
2005 data contains all stars for which one measurement was achieved if
both v and i images passed the .ast step.  The missing color is given a
value of 99.
