tp05 is now available on mike at /home/tom/current/tp05.  It contains
23.5 Million measurements taken in September.  September really did not
clear up until the last few days so this is not as much data as
September of last year.  We shall see how October goes.  There are now
52 Million measurements taken in 2005 to add to the 230 Million
measurements taken in 2003 and 2004.
