Subject: New version of downfits

Hello all,

I've created a new version of downfits (windows executable 
included, spin your own on linux) and uploaded it to the incoming 
folder of the site.  Michael will likely have it public shortly, but it's 
also at http://www.logicalchaos.org/tass/downfits-1.1.tgz.  This 
version included the fix Tom found for the memory card 
initialization.

Note that I have no means of testing the windows version any more 
(doesn't run under NT), but the linux version does run and produce 
files.

If some kind sole with a scope can check this out, I'd appreciate it.
