Submitted version of the Mark III paper for PASP

I have finished a revised version of the paper on the TASS Mark III system and survey. I have submitted it to Publications of the Astronomical Society of the Pacific (PASP), since it is the de facto journal for instrumentation. I have not sent a revised version to astro-ph, because I'm just plain lazy.

The paper is written in LaTeX, as is required by PASP. If your computer doesn't do LaTeX, you may be able to read the Postscript version, or, at worst, the source code to the LaTeX document. Download any and all below:

• Figures for the paper (all but Figure 1 is Postscript):
  • Figure 1 is a JPG image.

  • Figure 4 has changed from earlier drafts -- it now shows the number of observations of each area of the sky, rather than the density of stars in the tenxcat catalog. (I have a color version of this graph which is much nicer, but would cost big bucks to publish ...)
